Request for Return Authorization

At AAA we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you wish to return a product to AAA for any reason, simply call (800.821.4430) for a return authorization or use our simple return form below. 

Returns can be made within 30 days for full value. Your purchase needs to be returned in “as new” condition, in the original manufacturer’s packaging, in salable condition, including all inner packaging materials. 

Items marked as non-returnable online are not returnable. Custom-ordered and custom-assembled furniture is non-returnable. If it’s defective/damaged when you receive it, it will be replaced. All food, beverage, and medical, including PPE, are non-returnable due to health and safety concerns. Dated goods as of the first of each year are non-returnable. We reserve the right to deny any returns.
